REGIONAL GRIEF SUPPORT NETWORK
ABOUT
Regional Grief Support Network is a collaborative effort made possible through the generosity of community members sharing resources to support others in their time of loss.
Grief support meetings: provided free of charge and welcoming to all people, wherever they may be on their personal journey.
A variety of formats are used including open sharing, guest speakers, activities, education, and interactive support groups, as well as access to resource materials.
Meetings are led by community partner facilitators.
Resources: provided free of charge. We have support resources available online for grieving people. Additionally, we have a small lending library of curriculum options for groups interested in starting a new support group.

GRIEF
Grief is an instinctive human response to loss. It is a natural and necessary process that will help you begin to heal. Grief is the thoughts and feelings one experiences; mourning is the outward expression of grief. While each person's experience is unique, people can draw strength from others who have traveled a similar journey.

MISSION
To provide emotional support and resources to people experiencing grief or loss.
