GROUND RULES

Our ground rules are to ensure everyone has a chance to have their voice heard.

EQUAL TIME All members get equal opportunity to speak during breakout sessions.

JUDGEMENT We are not here to judge each other, but to listen and offer understanding.

CONFIDENTIALITY What is said in the group sessions stays in the group sessions.

RESPECT It is important to respect your own grief, as well as that of others, by having one person speak at a time.

CONFRONTATION Is discouraged -- this is a support group where each person makes their own decisions.
